2.- Balanced Diet - The Nutrients


The Nutrients:


To have a balanced diet neceitaríamos eat healthy foods and exercise.
We should eat five servings of fruits and vegetables a day .Also deberimos reduce consumption of sugar and saturated fat, drink plenty of water six to eight glasses and most importantly, eat breakfast, as we give you energy for the day.




We need to eat foods with sufficient nutrients for our body is well. This will make our digestive system, circulatory system and immune system continue to function properly.
And we need to eat foods that have the following vitamins:

Vitamin A: These foods stimulate immunity and help form hormones:
- Broccoli
- Carrots
- Sandia

Vitamin B6: It produces antibodies in the immune system, red blood cells form:
- Green pepper
- Pineapple
- Kale

Vitamin C: It protects body tissue from oxidation damage:
- Oranges
- Kiwi
- Strawberries
